So I just want to give a shout out to B Audio Sound 6960 bandera for doing a phenomenal job on my Cadillac and my BMW.. now I don’t know how many of you BMW owners have system, but it is not easy to put the right system in a BMW Mercedes and a few other brands . When you do go into an Audio store and tell them you have a BMW they give you that look oh you have a BMW see we don’t work on BMWs or it’s very difficult and the BMW is very tricky and then it goes on and on with a list of excuses on why they can’t do it or won’t do it that’s not what you get at the B Audio Sound you get, I got this you’re gonna be very happy at the end of our service. I wasn’t just happy I was thrilled and my toes were tickled, pink happy happy extremely happy so happy that they overextended my expectations And the other thing is when I go into a store an audio store or an auto store or a mechanic store I’m giving the woman price and we all know how that sounds. It’s a price that it’s jacked up to the heavens will not be Audio Sound they give you an affordable price and quality product and good quality work. I can’t stress that enough but for some reason it’s extremely difficult to find somebody tol install speakers or lights in a BMW they give you that excuse. Oh it’s very difficult for a BMW. Oh it’s tricky with a BMW oh we don’t wanna do it because it’s a BMW oh we just don’t install BMW speakers now that’s not what I was given when I went into Audio I wasn’t given excuses I was given head knods and it all felt good and at the end I wasn’t just happy I was impressed because they over exceeded my expectations. They gave me a great price now as a woman going into an audio or auto shop i’m giving the woman price and we all know about the woman price right it sky high up into the heavens that’s not what happens when you go to B Audio Sound you get an affordable price and quality product. Just ask for the owner able tell him I sent you! he’ll treat you right he always has a smile and ask for Mike to install it because he is phenomenal knows everything about cars and he’s probably the best in the state of Texas and I’m not just giving him props to give him props, he really does treat you right very professional like I said, if you’re gonna look for a sound system for your car and a lighting system, go to B Audio Sound they’ll...

I am more saddened than anything, and I feel targeted as a girl who doesn’t know much about cars. I’m truly saddened that I couldn’t trust this place to give me the best “bang for my buck” like promised. Immediately the men here were trying to up sell me on ridiculous boxes for the brand new sub I brought in of my own, showing me that it was going to “wear out” very soon and I should just buy a new one. By showing me that it was wearing out they just tapped the speaker shaking their head… to me this proved nothing. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal possible so bringing my own sub was to help the cost but essentially just ended up costing more, as they failed to mention their “ALL IN ONE” which if you don’t know already should equal up to $450 before tax and that’s for all brand new equipment and set up and labor. However not being made aware of this they tried charging me $589 for an install and parts plus the new box that I supposedly needed. I ended up paying $508 without the new box and I’m not satisfied at all. The sub is constantly sliding around my trunk. There was no support holding down the sub at all and almost everyday I have to reconnect the sub after being disconnected off the slightest safest turns on the road. The wires aren’t neat at all. Also, I noticed that the old wires that were in my car suddenly are no where to be found and it leaves me to wonder if they were used and I was ripped off yet again. Truly I can never know because they have no interest in genuine service. I pleaded with them to give me the all in one instead but they were very upset I became aware of these savings I could’ve had and refused me a change, and said I would still have to pay the labor fee. I feel like I should also mention that when trying to upscale me on the new box they said they hadn’t done any installing yet, but when 2 minutes later I asked for a change they said it takes a lot of work and they’re already finished, while appearing to be upset.
