My husband, friend, and I went there today for brunch. We sat at a corner booth by the door. We sat there for 15 minutes, with waitresses walking all around us before we were even acknowledged. The sad part is we had been there before, but I guess no one knew who's table that was. There were plenty of waitresses to cover the restaurant because it was a little busy since it was New Year's Eve. I kept trying to get someone's attention, but they all just ignored me. A waitress finally came to get our drink orders and give us menus. We got our drinks and she asked if we were ready. I told her we needed a little time. She left and never came back. I tried again to get someone's attention but they continued to ignore us. I finally got fed up and suggested we leave. My husband and friend agreed. Our friend went to pay for the sweet teas we received while my husband and I went to the car. Our friend did tell the girl running the register what happened. She apologized and didn't let him pay. We went to Tia's Taco Hut across the street and I can honestly say that they were better. They served us in a timely manner and the food was delicious. Tia's Taco Hut has won our business and that will be our go to place from now on. We used to go to Taqueria Jalisco on a semi regular basis but they lost our business...
Read moreI went here today with my friend and food was terrible 😛 👎. We both ordered something with chicken. It looked good just for outside. However, once we tried the chicken it was raw and stinky, so we told the server. The server tooked it to the kitchen and then she came back and said: "the owner said the chicken it's fine so we will charge you for the food". I also ordered a chicharron taco in sauce and tasted bad ☹️. I was really hungry but food was not fresh. I didn't want to get sick 😳 😷. My friend and I were so desapointed for the quality of food. It was terrible!!! I will never go back again 😝. We don't even ate it. The only "good thing" was the lemonade lol 😄. We just paid and...
Read moreI’ve driven by this place countless times and finally decided to give it a try. I should’ve been coming here the whole time! The chips and ‘salsa’ they give are amazing. I say ‘salsa’ because it’s actually a bean dip, delicious and not spicy at all. The ladies are very quick and attentive and the food was amazing! My only complaints are the lack of true, spicy salsa (I like mine HOT) and the name Jalisco. There’s too many places in SA called Jalisco this, Jalisco that, and many of them have terrible food. It’s the reason why it took me so long to give this place a try. I would rename to something more unique because ‘good food’ is not what comes to mind when I...
