Starbucks — Restaurant in Leon Valley

Not a good Starbucks. Poor customer service on all sides. I went through the drive thru and ordered a hot cocoa. They asked three time for me to repeat myself. They gave me a mocha which has coffee. I can’t have coffee due to religious beliefs. I went back through 10 minutes later telling them about the mistake. No apologies. They made me wait at the window 5 minutes before finally hearing my correct order. Then, they gave me scalded almond milk. Not just hot literally burnt. It definitely wasn’t a hot cocoa. I went inside this time to just get a refund. The cashier was cleaning tables. It was about 5:00. She saw me and I waited some more. The barista got her attention and I waited some more. She cleaned at least 3 tables and only came over when the barista told her that I was waiting a second time. She wound up voiding the transaction after asking me over and over what the price of my drink was. Since they ordered the wrong one, I had no idea what they had made or it’s real cost. No apologies.

And… to top it off, there was a customer or worker behind me while they were voiding my transaction who took a sandwich and walked out. The cashier had no issue with it and offered to warm it up. So strange… I definitely will not return for the...

This Starbucks customer service is awful. Some of the little girls look at you ugly the moment you walk in, like how dare you walk in here. LOL! There is one in particular employee who is notorious for ugly stares, Idk if she’s Asian or Hispanic but it doesn’t matter the race but it would be better if I knew her name since I never notice the name tag. She will look at the staff as in, “oh look it’s her again.” And then look at you with annoyance & the jealous little girl look. It’s only this girl that does it. The other staff just work as far as I know. Either way, I’ll never understand why people like this get jobs and expect to get paid with ugly, entitled attitudes. I always say, if the customer service is bad like it is here at this location… watch your drinks & food being made!! Also the amount of bad reviews is really concerning with a 4.1 review - this location is garbage. The current staff of this location are very courteous and very professional. The inside of the store is very clean, swept, and everything looks wiped off and ready for customers to have a seat. I do have a comment for the outside where I sat and the customers sit. The eaves need to be swept because they are full of hanging cobwebs and dust. The outside glass needs to be cleaned. It would not hurt to have a fresh caulk job around all of the windows and frames of the windows. The concrete of the outside sitting area is absolutely disgusting. There are endless spill stains embedded in the concrete underneath every table. The concrete for that area and the front entrance could use a serious high pressure power-wash cleaning! It looks like that area and the front entrance have not been power-washed for quite a while. All of the outside tables and chairs were clean, but it would not hurt for them to have a fresh coat of paint due to the rust was showing in the joints. The parking lot was absolutely clean...
