Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Lewes

I have shopped at this outlet for close to 26 years and never have had any issues with the place ever!!! My most recent visit as soon as I walked in the store I had two sales associates literally jump down my throat. They did this to me and did not do it to any other people. As soon as I went to pick up a shirt in my size an associate got in-between myself and the clothes. They literally forced themselves in-between the 12 inch space between myself and the display of shirts I was getting my size from. It was rude, ignorant, and very disrespectful. When I even went to go try on clothes they acted as if I was a convict. I left that day after buying only a couple things because I was very pissed. This was truly uncalled for and the worst experience I have ever had at a Tanger Outlet. I will also point out why they did this too. I look white to most people but I am a American-Italian that's means my parents were born in Italy and during the summer I became pretty tan. It was completely racially motivated. My wife was also with me and after trying on the clothes I told her what happened. As we both were leaving they did the same thing to a Hispanic male in his early 20s. I also called that store a few days later spoke to a so called Manager named Stephanie that was rude, spoke over me, and tried to give an excuse for every and anything. She was HORRIBLE to the point I hung up on her and wrote...

Goodafternoon De./Rehoboth, Last week I and my wife had a nice shopping experience, we arrived at the store upon them opening and they were just about finishing up a staff meeting. We were greeted by every single staff member in passing on the way to the Mens Dept. Also a very seasoned older lady even stopped to greet and give us intel on what's what in the store. We proceeded and was met by to gentleman workinh in the big mens section, one guy(older fella) was fairly a new employee but extremely knowledgeable about his department... and the other fella(big guy) whose name started with an "A" were just about there business, tending to any questions or whatever we had a need of making the shopping experience excellent. I got what I needed and shook both there hands because it warranted that. Sometimes when you go in high-end stores like that it can be a (nevermind I'll shop on line experience) but not here. They were the epitome of professionalism etc.

I’ve been here few times and never had an experience like today. I went in with my family and from when I entered the door I was harassed bc my son who is well below 12 didn’t have a mask. Supposedly 2 and over needed a mask is their store policy. Okay no problem, I had extras and put one on him. I continue to look in the store and about 5 mins later I over hear somebody say this lady over here? Right away an employee is starring at me. I turn to look at him and he ask if I needed something. I told him I was js looking and was fine. He followed me through out the store. I got the hint that I wasn’t welcomed so I decided to just leave. As I get to the exit, I over hear the lady at the door say she coming up. All I did was walk in the store and I was already being harassed and the only reason I can think why is because the color of my skin.
