Marinos Italian Pasta & Pizza — Restaurant in Lewisville

I was in town visiting and was craving a late night snack so we went here since it’s open until 11. When we arrived we wasn’t sure about it because it appears no upgrades to outside have been made, however within 10 minutes of being there we already loved it. We were greeted by a man who was very friendly, and gave his honest opinion when we asked on recommendations. We ended up getting the garlic cheese bread & the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer! The garlic bread was basic but good, the mushrooms were AMAZING!! It was one of my favorites, since I’ve been here. We also got a small (10”) Philly cheesesteak pizza & the chicken Alfredo pizza. Both were amazing, I would’ve added a bit more Alfredo sauce on the pizza but everything was still wonderful and tastes amazing. The prices were definitely affordable and the portions were good too. My first time coming I bought a Alfredo pasta 8 wings and a large pizza after the cashier told me the prize I was surprised it was that much the total was $50 some dollars I payed and I was expecting some fine food for that type of price after I got my food the cashier didn’t even give me a receipt or nothing and when I got home I opened the pizza and was about to take the first bite and all the cheese and toppings falls right off the slice I’ve ate at a couple pizza places and never has that happened the wings were little and had barely any sauce on them I was expecting better food for that price so my girlfriend goes back to the spot and ask for a refund and the lady says there’s nothing wrong with the pizza that all the pizzas come out like that then my girlfriend request they make a new one and the lady also declined. The Food was fresh and Delicious. We love thier rolls light fluffy and just the right amount of seasoning on top.We got the Stuffed Mushrooms which came with this cheesy red sauce 😋 OMG gotta Definetly try when you go.we also had a Stromboli,and some kind of pasta with. Chicken, Artichokes and Mushrooms which was fantastic.
