Poor customer service I ordered two dozen flour tortillas not knowing that the tortillas are sold in a pack of 15 apparently . The cashier proceeds to charge me for 12 dozen tortillas and then when I apologize and say I meant I need 24 or 2 dozen (12+12=24) the lady that works making the tortillas comes up and is like you don’t order by the dozen you have to order by the pack . A little kindness and guidance from them would go a long way for a first time customer . Every time I come here I have The absolute worst customer service ,the cashier is extremely rude seems bored and looks like your a bother to her, every single time they either don’t have burritos, or they’re out of fajitas ,not even an apology , cashier just comes up to me with the biggest sigh and says” there’s no fajitas, we’re out of burritos” not even a sorry.
