I took my grandmother’s ring in to be repaired as the band had broken. I explained it was the only thing I had from my grandmother after her passing and they were very compassionate and the owner told me she would hand deliver it to the repair person and they never mail items. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on the repair and undercut the price of others by half. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My grandmother’s ring actually looks like it was just made this way, you cannot tell it was ever sized or repaired. I will be going to them for any and all jewelry repairs moving forward.
