We were just shopping at Zion Market when our family got hungry and decided to check out the food court. We were not planning on eating out. My husband and I tried Hotsome Chicken Eatery & Desserts for the first time—and WOW. Hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had. The crispy breading, high-quality chicken, and incredible sauces totally blew us away.

Customer service was excellent too. My husband wanted to try a flavor first to see if it was too spicy, and they were kind and accommodating. The spicy green mayo was out of this world, and we also ordered the Korean BBQ—both were amazing.

I use to come here a lot and loved it, but not anymore.

You use to get decent size chicken, but not anymore. I got tiny drumlets when I use to get big drumsticks. For the $17 I spent on the six piece combo, it's not worth it (my order came with five small pieces and one big piece).

I hate it when places ask for a tip for counter service. If I have to come to the counter to order, come to the counter to pick up my food, and clean up my own mess, what the hell am I paying a tip for?
