lululemon — Local services in Lexington

Lululemon products are simply a scam. Terrible product quality, terrible corporate customer service, you can’t return clothes for a refund you can only get in store credit. $130 before tax for a pair of sweatpants or a hoodie you can’t put in the dryer??? I paid attention to the care instructions and left it out to dry and they still shrunk to where the sleeves on the hoodie go halfway up my forearm and the sweatpants go halfway down my calf. Obviously designed to fail so you buy more every season. The material is thin, cheap, and you CANNOT WEAR IT WHEN ITS WINDY because it’s so thin the air cuts right through. The pockets feel so fragile I don’t walk with my phone in my pocket because it feels like the pockets are about to break. I have Lululemon products from 10 years ago in better shape than the pair I bought 2 weeks ago. As someone who has worked for several scammer sales offices I can tell you, when the company refuses to give you your money back and are willing to give you more product instead, the product is crap. I will NEVER buy a Lululemon product again, total scam.

This store was first in our shopping trip yesterday. We absolutely love Lululemon and what this brand stands for, much of my daughters’ wardrobe is from Lululemon. I was so very disappointed when we arrived and learned the store was not set up to be handicapped accessible during this event. The racks were so close together her wheelchair was unable to fit between the racks. We moved one with the help of an associate, but several areas we were unable to shop due to lack of spacing between racks and the associates were busy and unable to help. Customers were great and respectful of allowing space for the wheelchair, I figured that would be our barrier but it just wasn’t wheelchair friendly. I came in with several pairs of pants to have hemmed that I had ordered online. One of the pairs came in luxtreme instead of Luon like all of the others i received in that style. I was disappointed, but had accepted it was what it was and I just didn’t have any option. I asked the lady at the front why the same listing online arrived in two different materials. I wasn’t expecting much, but she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The store happened to have the same style pant in luon (what I was expecting to receive originally) instead of luxtreme and she did an exchange for me.
