The Woman making the ice cream on Tuesday September 6th around 7-8pm deserves a raise and way better team support.

She worked tirelessly to serve a room full of people with pretty much 0 assistance.

I felt so sorry for her.

The other team members and the manager disappeared to the back, didn’t assist her in completing any of the orders— and seemed frustrated with both the customers and the employee that was working her butt off!

I don’t know how the woman working stayed so calm and collected and kind, but I applaud her— as I would have walked out over such a huge level of disrespect and disregard.

She deserves a pay increase- a management position, or probably a better job- where her demeanor and work ethic are appreciated.

The ice cream wasn’t that great- (we had the dreamsicle, and strawberry shortcake Buzzed) — especially considering the 30-40 minute wait , but it was the lack of teamwork that truly left a bad taste in our mouth.

Had high hopes for this place- but I doubt it’ll survive in the Summit if this is a normal experience.

Waited over 45 minutes for 2 ice creams last night. There was only 1 lady up front making orders, and at least 2 men in the back who weren’t coming up to help. She would go to the back and ask them to help when people came in to order, and someone else would come up front and take the order, seeming very irritated. Then they would leave her by herself to make all the orders. And there’s no waiting room in the front, so everyone was standing in squished waiting a very long time for their orders.

Neither Ice cream came with the toppings that were supposed to be on it. One of them went in the trash because the alcohol was soo strong there was no flavor whatsoever, it was just bad. The other one was not nearly as strong on the alcohol taste, but it wasn’t very flavorful and was nothing special. I usually love nitrogen ice cream but this was not as good by far. We didn’t even finish the other one because it just wasn’t that good. It has no flavor.

I visited the establishment at 10:02 PM hoping to enjoy a delightful treat after dinner, as advertised on their Google website, which stated their closing time as 10:30 PM. However, I was met with disappointment as the manager declined to serve us, citing the need for an hour to close down. This inconsistency between the website information and the manager's decision left me puzzled and dissatisfied.
