I am above and beyond satisfied with my purchase thanks to the topnotch customer service I received at Matt's. I came in basically lost looking for something I saw online. I was educated about why it wasn't sold in his store AND I left with an even better product. I purchased my first gaming system at 36! It meets all my needs for game selection, portability, effortless setup! I can travel with this, and it doesn't take up much space. If you are looking to sell vintage video games, don't waste your time bringing stuff in here. He claims to offer the best around, but the employee at the front desk offered us way less than half of what the games were worth on Ebay. We understand that they have to make money but seriously wasn't worth packing up and bringing in. We also called to find a time when Matt, the owner, was in store so we could get his offer and he was nowhere to be found.
