A lovely shop that is priced and merchandised perfectly! I went in looking to purchase a rug for my newly appointed bedroom. I saw one I though would be perfect, however, a bed was positioned on top of it. I could not see how the striped pattern looked because it was hidden by the bed. I spoke with the associate suggesting I bring my duvet in. She provided exceptional service, not wanting to inconvenience me, she suggested taking a sample of the rug home. Great idea, however the sample only showed three colors, of the multi-colored rug. I expressed some apprehension over taking the sample because I still could not see all the colors. She urged me to try it and see. Once home, I could not tell from the sample if the full color pallet could work. I returned the sample, and was offered to take the full rug to see if the colors would match my decor. Unfortunately, having only viewed the color pallet for the first time, they did not match. Up to this point this point, I received exceptional care. I returned home and received a call from the owner, who was distressed that she moved her bed for me for nothing. This is a shame.
