Went there on a recommendation to get help with my damaged black diamond stone. Was told by I assume the owner that my black diamond stone was what diamond mines throw away. That they are essentially coal. I left holding back tears and broke down in my car. What's the point in insulting my ring? I felt like I was being put down and demeaned for my ring. It's perfect to me and I love it . My fiance picked it out for me and just because it doesn't meet his standards he has the right to humiliate? I came for help and was put down and demeaned. Never do business with these people. If your jewelery doesn't meet whatever their standards are you will be humiliated.

I took several pieces of jewelry in yesterday for different reasons. One was an antique ring that needed the prongs adjusted so the stone would stay in. He fixed it instantly and even cleaned it. I needed batteries for 3 watches and they replaced dead batteries and set the time on all of them at a minimal charge. He is going to design and make a piece of jewelry for our daughter soon and the staff was so helpful in directing me on where to start. They are repairing several pieces of jewelry for me and have told me I would have them back in a week or two. Just a very personal and friendly family owned business. I took my husband's Tiffany wedding band in to have some custom engraving done. After trying five different places, this is the only place that delivered what it promised! The work done on my husband's ring was done perfectly and looks amazing - he loved it. Also, bonus, I was quoted a much lower price in the beginning but when the bill came the price was higher than we expected, however Chris honored his original quote and gave me stellar deal, as well as a new ring box included in the price.
