i am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this store and with windsor as a company. i bought a dress at this store for my sorority formal and it was pretty enough but i just didn’t end up wearing it. for some reason i thought there was a 30 day return window so when i went to return it about 20-ish days later i was only able to get store credit because their return policy is 14 days. (that’s fine, it was my mistake for not looking into it) my experience with this particular store was just okay. the staff was kind of rude and inefficient and the store seemed highly disorganized but none of that usually bothers me. my literal nightmare of a story with their online store is where i have grown to HATE this company. i truly recommend never shopping from this store online...

Please don’t think our locally owned business are run this way. The staff here is not helpful in any capacity whether it’s answering general questions or checking out. The lady that must run the establishment is extremely rude to adults and young persons in the store. Treating people not like a customer but as if your imposing on her by being in the store. She is does NOT represent local business owners in Lexington. So please stay clear if this store quality of merchandise is sub standard and customer service lack there of at best. Read moreSuper disappointed. Went to this location on a Wednesday evening, it was not very busy, yet we waited in line for a dressing room for over 20 minutes and STILL never made it in. Finally got fed up and left. Meanwhile, it seemed like only a fraction of the dressing rooms were being used and in one of those, another woman was constantly taking back and bringing in more clothes for someone else to try (essentially continuing to shop for the person in the dressing room while continuing to occupy it despite the line). Granted that in itself wasn’t the fault of the store; however, there was no management of this and the employees were so unfriendly.
