I wanted to take a moment to write this review and hope I can capture how incredible and extraordinary Manny’s Flower Design is! I reached out to Manny before Palm Sunday because he was incredibly kind and generous to offer the community blessed palms for Palm Sunday, free of charge. With Easter coming up, I knew I had to reach out for some flower arrangements. I am being as honest and as heartfelt as I can be about my experience and advising everyone to reach out to Manny for any flower arrangements that you may need for all of the incredible days that are coming up. From the minute that Manny picks up the phone, you can hear the amazing energy and kindness in his voice, he treats you as the number one priority! My call was a bit last minute because of a delay on my end, but he was very accommodating and understanding. His customer service is impeccable! He will ask if you have any flower preferences, and if you have any photos for ideas that you may have, he is very willing to accept them! However, if you allow yourself to trust him and trust his incredible vision, his masterpieces will TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY! Manny is truly a visionary when it comes to his flower arrangement designs, it’s really great to be on the receiving end of the beautiful work that he does! Manny has a passion for what he does, he brings beauty and love and light through his arrangements! That is how powerful these arrangements are! What can I say about my dear Manny! He always makes the most beautiful floral decorations and arrangements! Manny made my bouquet for my quince and it was only right that he made my wedding bouquet! He’s done so many of our bouquets for all of my family’s big events that it feels like Manny is apart of our family. I was so happy and ecstatic of how it all turned out. He said he would make the most beautiful bouquet and floral arrangements, and he did! He was super knowledgeable and answered any questions I had in regard to color or what type of flower to use for the corsages and boutonnières. He is the sweetest human being ever. You can feel the great vibes once you enter his beautiful store. His team is very helpful and they made sure everything turned out amazing. My heart is content with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Manny's Flower Shop, his attention to detail and creativity is a calling that he without a doubt transmits within his gorgeous flower creations. Extreme excellence experienced from the moment my husband and I placed the phone call to set up appt to come and order flower arrangements for my brother-in-law's funeral. Manny himself took care of us, scheduled a meet-up appointment, shared his valuable time with us and listened to our needs, stayed within budget, made suggestions, delivered as promised, all the day before the funeral services for our loved one; talk about going above and beyond to make it happen. Most importantly, Manny's way of serving speaks volumes of his heart.....he cares for his customers, shows empathy, and compassion expressed during such difficult time.
