Blackberry Patch Antiques LLC — Local services in Liberty Township

What a wonderful find! Just off Powell Rd at the railroad tracks is a treasure of a store called Blackberry Patch Antiques. On entering, I found dozens of showcases (some floor to ceiling) holding beautiful jewelry of all kinds and other small items, most old, some new, and an abundance of interesting vintage items and curiosities. I was greeted by the proprietor, a young woman who could not have been more friendly. She spent a long while with me chatting and helped me to look around the shop while my husband found a couple of photography items (at a great price, I might ad) for his vintage camera collection. And, she even welcomed my dog with a bowl of water! Definitely worth wandering off the main road (although I was told that the store will soon be relocating to ON the Main road very close to its present location). We found a pair of shutters buried in the back with no price tag that had been long forgotten. We made a fair offer to which she laughed in our faces and took advantage of interest by offering an exuberant amount for. We explained that they were buried and forgotten and made another very fair offer and she laughed at us again!! I've never been treated so rudely and will never return to this atrocious store again. We are buying many antiques for our wedding and future house and this store lost out on repeat business, which I'm sure is its life source. How it's in business with such a rude employee is beyond me but I expect it won't...

Yesterday me and my husband stopped in and it was wonderful! They have so many options if they don’t have what you’re looking for they know something or someone and they’re great to have a conversation with 10/10 would recommend to anybody! Also the owner wasn’t there but her mother was and she made me feel like her kid/ family member it was soooo nice ! We were in there almost a hour! Definitely a one of kind atmosphere!
