I very seldom write reviews but I have had several contacts and purchases at Kimberly’s Diamond Corner over the years and really want to let others know what a truly special jewelry store this is. The first contact was several years ago walking in off the street with an antique Rosary which my elderly father had accidentally broken. Our attempts to fix it only further damaged it. I took the Rosary to Kimberly’s Diamond Corner for repair. Chelsea, Kimberly’s daughter said she could fix it. It took a few days and I know it was a time consuming process- but she refused to charge me for the repairs. That was several years ago and I have since had several extremely positive contacts at Kimberly’s. Most recently, I had a ring made there. I only had a simple, vague idea of what I wanted and not much more. I essentially left it up to Kimberly to create something for me from the scanty information I gave her. I knew she was seeing the ring that I envisioned even though I was having trouble describing to her exactly what I wanted. I had complete faith in her artistic ability and she did not disappoint. Her sense of artistry and her ability to discern what people really want resulted in the perfect creation I was looking for - simple and elegant - I couldn’t be happier with what she came up with. My husband and I purchased a ring from Kimberlys and had another ring enlarged. I had issues with both rings. The first ring was a solitaire with baguettes in which I had my diamond set and resized. After a week of normal wear the band split at the site of the enlargement. When I returned it I was told it was not their fault. After much hassle and embarrassment in front of other customers she finally relented and said she would repair it. Since then I was shown by a reputable jeweler that a chip was discovered that I was unaware of and never told about. The second ring was purchased elsewhere and had a setting of multiple precious stones that needed to be resized. Again after normal wear of a couple of weeks the back broke and one of the stones was lost. When we sent the ring back to the manufacturer for repair was told that whoever resized the ring had loosen the stones. I have not and will not recommend this...
