From start to finish, this is clearly one of "The Best Nail Salons" in the state of Ohio. My nails had to be done for a special event. I have been to 3 other salons in Columbus. Google took me to those close to my home. This one, 2 min away, so I scheduled an appointment for a concept that I had not heard of. I was excited that everything was going according to my plan .The next morning, I wake up sick. My appointment is at 8:00 am . I called and spoke to Dakota in the call center... she switched my appointment as smoothly as it was scheduled. I have been coming here to get my nails done for the last several months and my experience has been great. Everyone is super welcoming and kind. I always see Haylee and she’s been wonderful. I was a bit of a noob with manicures before coming here due to super wavy, thin nails, and bad experiences with my nails in the past. From day one Haylee worked with me to come up with solutions to fix my nail issues, never treated my obviously dumb noob questions with anything but encouragement and patience, and has provided excellent manicures. My nails now looks fabulous and her suggestions have made a major difference. The Luminary treatment has been amazing and I would recommend to anyone with thin nails. Tara was wonderful. She is kind, welcoming and so attentive to detail!! She completed a mani and pedi for me recently and I have to say they are the best I’ve had! I asked her to try a new nail shape for me that I’d never tried before and she made my vision come to life beautifully. My gel mani is perfection, no bumps, no lifting, and she was so sweet to take the time to re-do a layer when we did notice the tiniest bump during the manicure. Her booking time slots are usually scheduled for a little longer than normal, but it’s so that she gives herself time to really give you her best work and make sure you are happy with your service.
