Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Liberty Township

I went there because I have found in my old age I like wearing a strapless bra better than a regular bra. With that said I had lost a lot of weight and needed to be measured. So I went to the the Store in Westchester Ohio. I was there for at least 10 minutes before anyone approached me. When a sales girl finally asked to assistant me, I told her that I needed to be measured because I had lost weight and was not sure of my size anymore. She politely asked me to follow her to the dressing rooms and I did, I took off my coat and she took out her tape measure and measure me. Now she told me my new size went and got me a couple of strapless bras to try on, then she went to get a couple more and she never returned. She never even checked to see if the bra if properly. I know when I was heavy set shopping lane Bryant for bras when they measured you they would check to make sure that the bra fit properly. And Victoria Secret is or should be #1 in women's underwear. Long story short I don't feel like my bras fit properly and I spent a lot of money. I'm disappointed because I waited for a long time be...

False Advertisement! I debated on posting this or not, but the more I thought about it, the angrier I got (and I know they didn’t take that sign down)…I shopped there today at 5:47 (as my receipt states) bought two regular Victoria’s Secret’s bras and two Pink Sports bras the two Pink Sports Bras were rang up for $39.95/ea but as the sign states “Sports Bras 2 for $42”….I brought this to the clerks attention who then radios her manager…they go back and forth…she comes back to say she is going to do a 30% discount on each one…but each one rang in as a “sports bra” so I literally told them this was false advertisement (as there are no limitations or exclusions listed on the sign) so they needed to take it down immediately. I felt dismissed and honestly I felt like they should have honored...

I'm upset, I went there to exchange something, my husband bought for me on Christmas, and this store is tricky. They didn't give me the exchange like other stores, They almost took all my money for the item, they told me, if I want the exchange I have to pay more, for the same item .All what I wanted was another size. That's bullshit.😡 I was looking around and I asked an employee for leggings I thought it was too much for the price, and she gave me an unbelievable excuse . She said those leggings have been made with high technology .🤣🤣 That's why these clothes are too expensive, they think they made it in another planet. I would definitely not recommend you to go there and loose your money. There's so many nice stores, believe me you'll get like 3 or 4 items instead of buying...
