James Country Mercantile — Local services in Liberty

I have ordered several things from them in the past with great results, but I put in an order back in June for a shirt, and have not heard anything other than "they are working on it" or "it's on the table". It is now October 5th and still no shirt, as I said I've always had great results in the past but now not so much. Hopefully this changes soon, or I will have to take my business...

I've used them several times for FFL shipments. This last time I had 3 identical items shipped, one box, one form, one phone call, but 3X the FFL fee. Just be warned. Other FFL's I've used (and will use in the future) have one price for the first item and then 50% or more discount on each additional item. One call. One form. One box....

POOR customer service. Very rude and clearly miserable. I called about a shipment because I don’t have a tracking number & they suggested I call the FFL.
