This place by far is the worst Starbucks in the area, which is unfortunate because it's by a pretty busy hub for grocery shopping. Today was the last day I'll be going to this location. There's been issues with waiting time in the past or small things with my order, but today the person handling drive thru seemed completely untrained and lack of customer service skills. Not only was my drink made wrong and I had to wait for them to fix it, they then gave me the wrong size. Instead of admitting that she didn't hear me correctly, or apologize she said "that's just how it rung up". It was clear to me this girl was new and I had already waited for one drink remake so I took it and left. But even after I made it clear I really wanted the other size, she still offered no solution or apology for her mistake. Mind you this location gets busy for sure, but today was the worse I've seen it. Each car having to wait several minutes just to order at the screen. Every other Starbucks I've ever been to is always so polite and quick with making drinks - I do not understand what is wrong with this location, but it's apparent from the reviews that this is a pattern that should be addressed by corporate or the store manager. I'm confused by his face so i opened my drink after i left. it was 2/3 full. i don't want to start my day to argue over half filled coffee so i just left without complaining. And then today i ordered thru mobile app trenta "extra" salted caramel cold foam on my cold brew coffee also with venti cup of ice. drive thru guy/Same guy ! with nose piercing/ gave me grande ice on purpose , trenta salted caramel cold brew with "venti" cup's lid. He did not add my extra foam on my coffee. And still making funny face to me. Lid was not fitting . it was loose. he just throw that thing on my coffee. It was bad like that. and look at my "extra" salted caramel cold foam cold brew! i even choose make room option for foam on the app. still did not get my extra foam. i'm paid customer. and i don't think i want to deal with this guy's extremely weird, rude behavior . The lady told me that I need to pay attention to the pickup time. Asked me to park and come in to get my drink. I agreed. Parked immediately and walked in… to find my drink ready with in 20 seconds. Seriously… they couldn’t have let me just wait 45 seconds in the drive thru line. They have people who order crazy time consuming drinks, not in the mobile app, just from the drive thru line… and we all wait patiently for their drinks to be made and handed to them.
