Very disappointed with my visit today. I had a bag full of clothes with tags that my daughter got as a present for my grandson. I thought I could return them to the store since they are too small for my grandson. I figured since they were a gift and we didn't have the receipt I could get a store credit and I was going to get him clothes in his size. I was told without a receipt they could only exchange for the same item. Meaning it would have to be the same color and the only difference being the size. The service rep. proceeded to scan each item and announce that they were clearance or last year's product and they didn't have it anymore so there was nothing they could do. You would think they would have given me a credit of the $3.99 per item and in return I would have spent more money buying additional clothes replacing them. I returned my stuff, that I've got 2 wks back, and bought nothing from this store only bcoz of that rude lady. Instead I bought pj from carter's ( that's just next door).
