I brought in a new-for-me phone to be unlocked and my flip phone SIM card and contacts transfered. Adrian made that look very simple.

Then he diagnosed my main phone as having a broken speaker. And since its charge port isn't working properly, he spent a good while transferring my pictures for me to my "new" phone, etc. He was very patient, helpful, and kind. And showed me how to do several things better and more simply.

Went to Tmobile in Stevensville today to have them transfer data from my old phone to new one I had purchased online through Tmobile. I was standing at the door I arrived about 5 mins before opening and the Mgr opened the door early to let me in. He was super nice and very knowledgable.
