If I could leave a zero star review I would. Let start by me checking inn and switching the credit cards on file they still charged the wrong card. I was supposed to be here for three weeks so I brought it to their attention so when I was going to get billed again, they would bill the correct card. The front desk lady told me that she had changed it to cash so I would not be billed until I checked out. I was billed twice after she said that..
Next let’s talk about the lock on my room to get in every other day they would have to reprogram the lock because my key cards would not work. I didn’t get a red light. The key cards just did not work was definitely an inconvenience.
Now let’s talk about house keeping. I was told housekeeping was supposed to come every day. I was there for almost 3 weeks and only seen housekeeping maybe four or five times I spoke with the front desk lady at first and she said she would make sure that they clean my room if you days away to my room still was not cleaned so I spoke with the second shift front desk and they called the owner and the owner promised me my room would be cleaned next day room still wasn’t cleaned, then the third time I seen housekeeping in the hallway as well as the owners, father and I specifically spoke with them, and I asked them to change my bedding as I was going to be gone all day. When I returned back that night housekeeping had never entered my room. I asked to speak with the owner on the issue, and the owner refuse to speak with me.
One of the main reasons I choose this hotel was for their hot tub however, their hot tub is not hot. It’s about lukewarm water when I asked the front desk about it I was told they couldn’t turn it to the normal temperature because it was next to the pool, and it was nothing keeping children out.
The front desk staff is very nice. The gentleman that works overnight. I will get five stars to nicest guy out. There will bend over backwards to help you. However, the owners management and housekeeping do not care about customer service.

Read moreThis hotel is in a nice area. The staff is absolutely wonderful! You can't ask for better desk and breakfast staff. The breakfast was good, warm, clean, and restocked regularly by the attendant.
The bad? Like most hotels, I am sure they are hurting for cleaning staff. When climbing into bed I noticed an ant crawling on the covers. Now in each room I ever rent, I always do a bed bug check, which I did here as well. However I did not check the window corners. I checked under the nightstand and saw chunks of pretzel and brown something (probably chocolate). There was an line of ants marching to and from this left food. I then searched the baseboards and saw a bunched up pair of socks in the corner, with a cheeto looking thing under them. I moved the socks and a whole clump of ants scattered. I called and explained this to the front desk person. He really took care of us and moved us to a new room, despite the fact that it was 12 midnight already. I shook the new room upside down and I found no bugs or other nightlife. It was close to 2am before we could finally relax and go to sleep.
So, either the cleaning attendants were skimping and did not vacuum (and probably other things weren't done as well) or the supervisor/inspector did not inspect after the cleaning (no idea if they even do this.....but every place should!).
So staying here, just be aware and check every inch of your room. Our second room was fine, so I am sure there are some good and dedicated attendants cleaning the proper way, however there are some attendants...
Read moreFirst of all the photo is beautiful but when you get up to it, a lot of the screens are torn so we check in and the very first morning next morning we’re getting ready and a woman walks in our room and says oops sorry wrong room. I went downstairs and they’re like there’s no way someone came into your room and we’re gonna check the security cameras and notify Our hotel manager. Well we never heard back another issue. We were having every time we leave the hotel my key card wouldn’t work so I’d have to go back down. They would have to redo my key card and that evening manager told me that that’s a regular thing he’s told management they need to upgrade their security system Stayed there last year and in that short time the breakfast is fine but you could tell that they’ve downgraded on the quality and also I had talked to the day manager and asked if I could get a partial refund because we didn’t feel secure On leaving our valuables in the hotel when we left the room and he said he’d get back to me or she would never heard back. Kept checking in. Never heard back wouldn’t stay at that hotel again there’s a brand new holiday express in town. Probably stay there next year Also, we had a king size bed with a queen size quilt so every night my wife and I would play tug-of-war on the quilt.
