Subway — Restaurant in Lincoln Charter Township

Tonight I went in to get my mom and I two sandwiches. I go in and this lady named jade is working. Bright pink hair just as a description if you want to go in... don’t. She insists on me telling her two sandwiches at once so I start to and she stops me and says “we don’t have any meatballs” which is fine so I say okay hold on just a second. I call my mom and literally no less then 10 seconds later I’m ready to continue ordering. I have to wait a good 5minuets and finally this newer guy that clearly didn’t know what he was doing try’s to help me and was very nice. She comes in and pushes him away and is rude to me the whole time. At the end she up charged me and gave me an attitude when I asked why the sandwiches were $15 for two when they’re only 6inches and should be $5 a piece like at the subway another town away. Finally at the end I say thank you and she doesn’t say anything and walks away. I look at the very kind guy just trying to help and I lean in and I say “I know this isn’t very much but I just want to say thank you for being very kind when she wasn’t, good luck” and handed him $2 and he was very nice and smiled under his mask and says thank you very much and was so nice. I wish I got his name but he’s going to go big places. I get home to eat my sandwich and I said “salami extra American cheese” three times!!!! But she was trying to get done to be lazy so quick that she put extra salami and two pieces of cheese. Pretty much no mayonaise, and stale bread. I order 2 foot long subs using the subway app... I order black forest ham sub and a steak and cheese.... I didnt pay attention to the fact that it has a default of what comes on it... all I wanted wanted was lettuce, onion and cheese and vinegar and oil they put all the default stuff and added what I wanted plus they put mayo on it too....the only thing that was right was the bread...my steak and cheese wasn't made with the bread I ask for... I called and asked if they would exchange.the ham and cheese that had all the other stuff on it and the girl said because I didn't tell them to remove those other item and that it was my fault that I didn't say I n didn't want it with the default items that I would have to pay again for the correct one.....so I ask to speak with the manager and she said the manager wouldn't be in till Monday....so ill never go back to this subway in Stevensville michigan.... all over a 10 dollar sub........plus these subs were the worst tasting sub I ever had...

Went to this Subway three times in about two weeks and I'm done, never again. First time, took about 15 minutes to make two foot longs because one of the employees thought it would be funny to throw pickles at the girl making sandwiches and just being the least helpful all around. Second time I thought, OK I'll just use the online app, well when I arrived they hadn't even started my sandwich, even though I had ordered in plenty of time. So I had to wait in line to get it made. Third time, I ordered on the APP, the sandwich was still behind the counter, I had to wait in line even though I clearly was looking for my order. The employees still have no sense of urgency, I finally asked about where my online order was, "Oh its back here, we didn't have time " Just...
