GNC — Local services in Lincoln

Went to the store at 11:00 and doors were locked and nobody was there even though posted hours said 11:00-7:00. Waited 10 minutes and finally someone showed up. I had looked up a supplement I wanted online and confirmed that it was available at South Point Pavilion location. Went in and couldn’t find it so I asked the employee who by the way looked like I was completely bothering him. He asked if I looked along the walls and I said I had and that I looked and confirmed it was available in store. He told me to go to another store. This was the worst customer service I have experienced in...

Looking for some daily supplements and selection was really low. Staff never greeted or said anything as I looked over the selection trying to see if they had what I wanted. Left with buying anything. Not going back, will give business to a local owned...

The rep was very nice, however, I stated that my coupon for GNC rewards was not applied. He assured me it was, but it clearly shows on the emailed receipt...that it was not. That's $15 I could have spent on more supplements....
