Their entire business model is built on bait-and-switch tactics and deceptive upselling via phone calls. Don’t be fooled when they insist on a phone call. My experience was with a canon rp international model selling for $619, I received a call to tell me the item was out of stock and next shipment will arrive in 10 weeks! the lady asked if I wanted to wait or buy the USA model instead for $719, I said I will wait, so she cancelled my order and was told to check in 10 weeks when the international model gets...

We have paid more than 25,000 dollars for a generator installed and service contract fees and fees for regular maintenance . However , this past Friday night when the electricity went out - the generator did NOT kick in at all Effectively the whole Friday night was without air conditioning - light and our sump work inoperable When we ( my husband ) called - we were advised that we will be an charged overtime rate !! And that “ someone will come first thing Monday morning!!” No sign as yet What are we paying them for ? Totally dissatisfied...

Today I was at cooper Linden electric in Linden I was at the counter putting my order together for a 200 amp service. The counter guy Dave Darden really stepped up and help me put together my materials he noticed there were a couple of key items I was missing to complete my emergency service upgrade! For years I watched this individual really step up from a warehouse picker to a manager! Great job Dave and thank you for help today and over the years! You make using cooper an easy decision!
