In my 8 years of coming here I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I’m all for engaging with your coworkers and making your day go by smoothly, but when you have a customer directly in front of you and you blatantly look at that customer and continue to have a conversation with your coworkers laughing and googling for an entire minute before acknowledging your customer then that’s a bit rude. You then proceed to be rude throughout the entire interaction of serving your customer so much so you’re giving your customer change back from cash and you have all the coins fall on the floor because you have an attitude serving said customer. I have been here since 1:49pm in which I went out two different times to my car as the attendant said he would be right with me, apparently doing online orders or pickups and also the planet smoothie location.
