🚨FRAUD/SCAM ALERT!🚨 First -- they make you write a fake "5 star rating" while you sign the contract, thus the inflated rating. AVOID AT ALL COSTS -- ESPECIALLY when buying a luxury car. They damaged a Porsche Cayenne which they sold me while I signed the contract and handed me a car that was NOT in the same condition as when I had test driven it two (2_ hours ago. >>>Buying “AS IS” does not mean the SELLER can damage the car while you sign a contract and hold the BUYER responsible !!!<<< They promised to fix the A.C.C. which they negligently damaged and I materially relied on their promise after showing them the A.C.C. failure BEFORE DRIVING THE CAR OUT OF THEIR PARKING LOT!!! They kept my vehicle for many weeks with a demonstrable track record of failed promises -- not only that, they FURTHER DAMAGED THE CAR while it was in their custody and admitted to doing so but PREPOSTEROUSLY REFUSED to take any form of responsibility for damaging my cameras while allegedly repair the car! Damaged transmission while allegedly repairing the vehicle. Damaged all cameras and while allegedly repairing. Will commence a lawsuit after I return from vacation. Extania will use you for a commission then never help thereafter. Manager Mike will promise to deliver a vehicle which he never keeps and use his subordinate Sergio to keep stalling and lying. When I say lying, I mean wildly and beyond human belief. I activated a tracker on the vehicle and Sergio would promise that the car was getting repaired when it was sitting at the dealership's address on 1835 W Edgar Rd. Little did he know that I was actually tracking the car and took screenshots to prove he is lying. Other times, he would take my vehicle to a residential address then claim he was at the "mechanic" when there is absolutely no mechanic where the car was for hours!!! (Either he was lying to his boss and myself or his boss, scamming Mike, gave him the green light to lie to me for weeks to frustrate my reliance on Mike's FAILED PROMISES which I had materially relied upon when purchasing).... NOTE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS—-and please feel free to contact me to initiate class action lawsuit if you have had a similar experience.

Sales guys are friendly but the service department sucks! The incompetency of the service staff is shocking. I bought the car from BM motors 2 weeks ago, as part of the sales contract, they agreed to detail and buff and fix a few scratches on the car. They told me it will take a few days do the work, everyone time I called to check the status of the car, there was always some excuses; They misplaced the key, the weather is not ideal for painting and etc. It took them 2 weeks to finally finish the minor paint job. They called me to schedule the pick up and told me everything would be ready when I get there. So I got there 30 mins before the schedule time but the service guy Paul told me I can’t pick up my car unless my sales rep is present, for reason I don’t understand. I already paid for the car, have insurance on it and all the paper work. So it took them an hour to find the sales person that sold it to me and VERBALLY confirm that I actually bought the car. Sure, don't believe my government issued ID. The level of intelligence at this shop is laughable. But it gets better. After they finally got the "approval" to release my car, they have no idea where the car is. So for the next hour, they had half a dozen different guys looking for my car. Apparently, this is a common occurrence, because there is another customer there that was having the same issue. Now 2 and half hours have past, they finally showed me to my car, only to find that the car has more scratches and dents than when I bought it. Can you believe that? At this point, I have completely lost faith in this incompetent operation, so I didn't even bother to confront them about the additional damage and the laughable detailed job. I drove off the lot as fast I can. Rest assured, I will not step foot in this waste land again and I definitely don't recommend this shop. There are too many options and car dealers out there to waste time and energy here.

They sold me a car with bald tires and refuse to replace my tires! I paid 80K for the car and the tires are bald I have the pictures as proof! I regret buying a car from this place and if you're going to buy, make sure you inspect the car before you leave the lot. I was told that the front passener tire was being replaced before I drove off the lot. I came back the same day and told the sales rep the two front tires both needed to be replaced. I text Carlos and Sergio both before I came up to get the front passenger tire replaced that I needed two, Sergio responded ok. When I got to the dealer for replacement I reiterated that I needed two, the young man took my car and said ok. When he bought my car back, one tire has good thread and the other has low threads and needs to be replaced ASAP. Why assure me three different times the tires would be replaced and bring me back the same tire as if I wouldnt notice. The pics that are posted is of the tire that I asked to be replaced and the service manager refused to do so, so this is what i have to drive on. I asked to have one additional tire replaced, you would think after I paid 80K for a car, two tires would be a simple thing to do. I took the car to Mercedes yesterday and they checked the tires, not only do the remaining 3 tires need to be replaced ASAP, my tires were installed backwards, and the tires are all winter tires that are over 5 years old. I wasn't expecting BRAND NEW tires, but I definitely was not expecting to have to put out another 2k for all new tires on the car 3 weeks after purchase and I certainly wasn't expecting the callous attitude that I recieved either. So again, this is a warning to anyone that may purchase a car from this dealer, make sure you thoroughly inspect your car, fluids, and tires before you leave because BM Motors does not care.

They sold me a car with bald tires and refuse to replace my tires! I paid 80K for the car and the tires are bald I have the pictures as proof! I regret buying a car from this place and if you're going to buy, make sure you inspect the car before you leave the lot. I was told that the front passener tire was being replaced before I drove off the lot. I came back the same day and told the sales rep the two front tires both needed to be replaced. I text Carlos and Sergio both before I came up to get the front passenger tire replaced that I needed two, Sergio responded ok. When I got to the dealer for replacement I reiterated that I needed two, the young man took my car and said ok. When he bought my car back, one tire has good thread and the other has low threads and needs to be replaced ASAP. Why assure me three different times the tires would be replaced and bring me back the same tire as if I wouldnt notice. I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience with Leslie absolutely deserves recognition. Date: April 8. 2025 Better Business Bureau Subject: Complaint Against BM Motor Motorcars Regarding Vehicle Purchase and Failure to Provide Title, Plates, and Properly Functioning Certified Powertrain Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to formally file a complaint against BM Motorcars, located at 1835 W Edgar Rd, Linden NJ 07036 regarding a vehicle I purchased from them on January 18, 2025. The dealer sold me the vehicle with a certified powertrain warranty, specifically covering the engine and transmission. However, I have encountered significant issues that have not been resolved, and I believe I have been treated unfairly. Summary of Issues: Vehicle Defects: Shortly after purchase, the vehicle began showing engine and transmission problems, despite being "certified" by the dealer. These issues directly contradict the assurances made at the time of sale. No Title or Plates Received: As of today, I have not received the legal title or license plates, which the dealer was responsible for providing. It has now been several months, and I am unable to register the vehicle properly or drive it legally. Lack of Response/Resolution: I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership to address both the vehicle’s mechanical issues and the missing paperwork. My efforts have either gone unanswered or been met with vague promises and no concrete action. Resolution Sought: I am requesting that the BBB assist in obtaining one of the following resolutions from the dealer: Full and proper repair of the engine and transmission, per the certified warranty. OR a full refund of the purchase price. Additionally, I request immediate action to provide the legal title and license plates as required by law. The actions (or lack thereof) by BM Motorcars have caused considerable stress, financial hardship, and a lack of transportation. I hope the BBB can intervene and help ensure a fair resolution.
