I would give it a zero if I could... I had a T-Mobile Tuesday offer today for two free chicken pieces. I followed the app instructions. Is it my fault the app glitched and didn't show the chicken on the receipt?!! Nooooo! I'm the costumer. Ok so I get my order and ofcourse the chicken is missing AND MY FRIES ARE COLD. Mind you this happened to myself and my husband we well.
We both walk in and explain the situation. I am then shown multiple receipts that have the 2 free chicken pieces on there and they not so politely tell me they will not give my the chicken because it's not on my receipt. I show them my app, it's literally the only order I've ever made and that I can't redeem the code again... Nothing is convincing them they are not budging at all! We keep going back and forth and the manger ARAFAT says I can give $3 for the chicken he'll meet me half way for something I should have gotten for free?! No way!! However, I can't believe how rude and terrible the workers working today on November 16, 2016 were. I ordered via drive-thru and the male employee who took my order was rude and spoke in a condescending manner. He made a mistake with my order and was blaming me for his error. Instead of apologizing, I was unprofessionally treated. I did not argue with him but instead kept myself courteous, apologetic, and thankful for the service regardless of the situation. The man along with everyone else, including the manager gave me and my girlfriend an attitude. We were treated with sarcasm and disrespect. Read moreFirst off, the service was extremely slow. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, and when I finally made it to the counter, the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. It felt like they were struggling to keep up with orders.
When I received my food, it was lukewarm at best. The chicken was overcooked and dry, lacking the juicy flavor that Popeyes is known for. The biscuits were hard and stale, making them almost inedible. Even the fries were soggy and lacked seasoning.
To top it all off, the dining area was messy, with tables left uncleaned and trash overflowing. It was not the welcoming environment I expected.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at Popeyes. I hope they can improve their service, food quality, and cleanliness in the future. For now, I think I’ll be looking for my fried chicken...
