On Mother's Day, 2020, I shopped here for items my mom requested. Only four customers in the entire store wore masks. Staff wore masks pulled down to their necks or under their noses. The girl at the register politely explained that it was too hot in the store to wear masks. It was, in fact, very hot in the store. I asked to speak to the manager. A young girl, barely twenty, emerged from behind a closed door and admitted she was the manager. Her mask dangled at her neck. I kindly tried to explain that each of the people in the store likely planned to visit their mother today...what a misfortune if they delivered a deadly virus along with their good wishes. Every time I go there, I am able to easily find and pick up exactly what I need fast without so much of a visual disturbance and trying to see if I can find an item in between all the misplaced items, or other items just shoved into the shelves. I actually was amazed that my eyes caught the attention of a few books. And I was super interested because I didn't know dollar tree had a section of nice books. (Once again, because everything was in its place, not crowded but well organized, and I was able to see it.)
