I could go on and on with all sorts of flowery superlatives about Britani and Lotts Originals Trophies & Engraving but suffice it to say that Britani and Lotts provides the best service and value for engravings in Intermountain West. I brought to her some vases and glass diamonds I found on a recent trip to Southern California and provided her with our company logo and her worked turned some cheap glass trinkets into valuable treasures commemorating a significant anniversary event for our company. Amazing customer service and top quality work! I needed a last minute plaque for work, because I have used Lotts before and was always pleased, I gave them a call. They were able to take the information over the phone because I was driving and couldn't text or email.
