Horrible experience at Oh! Market. All of staffs and inventory are really good, but unfortunately not a pro management. They do have a sale item which I needed for my dad. After I saw the product, and I walked to the Customer service to ask if there is any limit numbers of buying, the sales associate answered me “no” and I asked I am going to buy two boxes of gloves. / I think I gave them enough time to acknowledge of sale/ Then, I picked up those items without any help and I paid my purchases and try to stepping out. Suddenly, One guy yelled at me “you shouldn’t take all of gloves for other customers fairness!” Honestly, it never happened in my 15years of shopping experiences. I said to him I already asked their customer service if there is any limitations and can I buy two boxes. And you have pretty good numbers of gloves remain their shelf. He said “I was at back office and I didn’t know.” Then, he asked can he take back some of my paid gloves. I said “go ahead” but, I didn’t handed to him. Because, it was totally not my fault. But, he seemed he wanted me to pick up and handed to him. Then, he said “well it is too late, it is ok”
Ok, here are my points for your shop and customers. First,
I didn’t steal his gloves. I think I did everything what I can do as a customer before my purchases. And, I paid on my purchases with their sales associate. No one knows they can’t sell this to me. Please check your inventory and be present in your shop, not your back office. please put a sign if you have any conditions that you can’t keep your promises on your products. That’s your responsibility as a manager, not your staffs or a customer.
If you have any other situation as today. Please approach to your customer as a manager, and say sorry first. I was not running out as a thief. I wish your customers be treated valued customers than...
Read moreThis store clearly states that it’s open till 8:30p. This gentleman who refused to provide me with his name when he was asked closed the doors at 8:23p while four people were ready to walk in.
I understand that there are people who take advantage shopping right at the last minute but for those of us who simply needed one item and would if made it in and out in less than 5 minutes he was wrong.
I approached him to ask for his name and he asked me why, when I told him I wanted to file a complaint he refused to give me his name and waived his hand to signal me to go away.
If management pulls cameras they can clearly see and view his actions. He had no name tag and no attire, uniform or apron to show he worked there either.
I could of been a person in need of something more urgent than I was unfortunately the staff in this store is paid to keep the doors open till 8:30p as stated according to the store and its owners policies.
The store is maintained and I’m sure its investors and owners wouldn’t be happy at the loss of profits if this is occurring every single day, it adds up. I hope the manager takes their customer service seriously and takes action to see not only that the hours are abided by but also that this young man is reprimanded for his actions towards the very people that provide...
Read moreWhen this supermarket opened I was there. I really loved the way they have everything organized clean and neet. I also was impressed with the great variety Of products. Unfortunately lately I have come across with a few bad experiences , The last one, today,. I bought 2 lobsters I came home straight from the supermarket and I frozed the lobster immediately. A few days later , meaning today, I boiled them and when i opened one and tasted , I had to run ans spit it out because it was rotten. WOW that was hurtible i almost got food poisoning . What a shame. I also noticed that the fruits and vegetables are not as fresh as they used to be . Another incident was when I went and tried to buy a whole Box of green bananas , usually at the stores when you bby bulk they discount a few dollars ,in my case I did not ask for it but the guy marked the price more expensive than if I would buy them by pound and no by bulk I try to explain to them that that was wrong and they came wwith anx ecxuse of telling me that if the product in the Box was new And more expensive I was going to pay the higher price , could you believe this nonsenseI don't think I will be back...
