China Palace II — Restaurant in Virginia

We went in to explore whether the restaurant was decent in Chinese sense. The restaurant female owner insisted that we ate in the carry-out boxes, even if the restaurant is open as a restaurant, instead of a carry-out. She insisted that they no longer served in the restaurant due to COVID. When I told her that I would like to be served on the plates (They have plenty plates stacking up in the buffet stations in the restaurant.) Owner told the senior Chinese worker loudly that "They want to eat in on the plates. Go to serve them and they will pay you tips." The woman went in and served us the food, then, she disappeared the whole meal; NOT even bothered to ask us "How was the food?" Until we paid our bills, then, the owner went in to chase the senior worker out to collect dishes and tips. The food is ok, the same "brown source" on the two dishes. They claimed that they are "best food in town." What town do they refer to? I am disappointed for both the food and service. We will never come back again. Very hostile female owner. Can I give this place no stars! I walked in for the first time today.. I bought crab ragoon and General Tso Chicken.. 1st they should me a picture that the meal came with broccoli.. I get to work and see no broccoli.. I try the Crab Ragoon and they are just disgusting.. I could tell that the oil was very old. I called them back and asked for the broccali and was advised that they don't have broccoli for take out.. Does this make any sense? It comes with Broccoli if you dine in but doesn't if you carry out. In addition, complained about the Crab Ragoon only to hear from the lady to bring them back so they can see for themselves so I could get a refund. I told them I couldn't go back because of work.. Told me to go after work.. At this point I just told them that they can have the $5 for the Crab Ragoon's and to make sure they change there oil. Poor customer service. I’ve paid this place over and over just to deliver to my home across the street, 20$ plus tips and I would spend 25$ on food. I didn’t tip this place ONCE, the driver knocked on my door over and over when I gave him $5 tip saying it wasn’t enough, I called them to report that and they asked for my card number AGAIN saying I told them I would give a 10$ tip which was a lie, now they no longer do delivery to my home! I called to pick up at noon 2 weeks later and they matched my number with my home address and told me they no longer do lunch specials for customers like me! The place is unfair to certain people and racist and this should be known.
