Visited last week with 8 kids. I was able to enter with a group discount. I had to come a few more times this summer, so I asked about various things. The employee said that if you come next week, you can get the same price as the group discount, and it would be nice to make a reservation, but you don't need to make a reservation because there are seats if you don't. When I visited again today with 5 children, it was a different story from last week. Groups must make a reservation in advance, and there is no group discount unless there are more than 10 people. I can't understand the situation, and a woman who is at the manager level came and said that the group must be 10 or more and reservations must be made in advance. Last week, your staff said that you can come without a reservation and that they will give you a group discount price, but suddenly it's a company policy, and you can't. I'm in business too, so I know I could have made a mistake on the part of the staff. But the problem is the attitude of the manager. Without a single word of apology for the employee's mistake, he made excuses, such as that he was not the owner, that he could not change the company's rules, and gave the impression that he had to leave because he couldn't do it. I think the order is to first apologize for the mistakes of the employees, and then find a compromise by talking to each other about solutions. As a customer, it is wrong to use power or ignore it, but I think that it is a problem to abuse the customer for time damage, as he is a manager of a large company. To be honest, it's not even worth...
Read moreI came to this location today with my 2 kids my niece brother and his wife and it was HORRIBLE!!!! Saturday 3pm the place was basically empty which is fine honestly. We get to the register spend our money get our table and that’s pretty much it the pizza to almost 2 hours to come out and when we did get it it was ice cold the family at the both next to ours also had the same thing and complained to us about it. The kids play and have fun which I don’t know how because more then half the games don’t work and there aren’t many games to play as it is. We go the the counter to cash out and get prizes and we are just standing there while three Hispanic women are behind the counter literally right in front of me talking gossiping not working is my point and I stood there with the 3 kids for over 5 minutes while they yapped and just looked at us so I spoke up and asked why can’t I get any service With 3 women saying here they don’t budge they looked at me and scattered away I eventually got three that and stopped on the way out and cashed the dippin dots tickets in and the greeter at the door was great she came right over and go the kids Ice cream she was nice nothing more nothing less I’m disappoint and I will be telling anyone and everyone not to bring there kids to this establishment the prices aren’t cheap so if I’m there with my family spending money at the very least I expect decent customer service and I got...
Read moreWe recently hosted my daughter’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese with the premium package, and overall, I’d rate the experience as very average.
On the positive side, the facility itself was clean and there were plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained. The kids definitely had fun, which was the most important part.
Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes before our reservation to coordinate with our hostess, but she actually showed up five minutes after the party was supposed to start. She moved slowly, seemed uninterested in helping, and even ignored basic responsibilities like cleaning up after the kids ate. On top of that, she smelled strongly of marijuana, which was unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a children’s event.
To make things worse, we were surprised to learn that we had to purchase socks for every child to access the play structure — something we expected to be included in the “premium” package. It left us wondering what exactly the premium package covered, because the service certainly wasn’t it.
For the price, we expected a much higher level of attentiveness and organization. While the kids enjoyed the games, the poor service and questionable value made the experience...
