So I been with this place for over 3+ years never have I had an problem with no one. So my son and I open an account years ago remind you back then we was told to go into the facility face to face to take his name off and put my name on because he stop going. So we did that for years after I been charged my regular rate and before they hit me twice and corrected but never said nothing about having 2 accounts and I didn't have 2 accounts. So fast forward yrs later I called to ask why was I charged 2xs and the employee that I was talking to talked with attitude and loud and even when I tried to explain the issue he kept say you have two accounts and I said no I don't so he says his manager will call me and he did not say have a good day it will be resolved or no worries we will take care of it no nothing and SLAM THE PHONE AND HUNG UP ON ME, so as a customer I called back and said he was wrong rude and disrespectful because the proper way was to say bye have a good day or something not hang up the phone. So today I get a call from a manager telling me again I have 2 accounts and I tried to explain the issue again to him and nope he didn't want to listen and understand me as well he was giving me attitude and being rude and got mad at me because I'm trying to fix my account so I would not be charged over the amount well he got upset after I ask him to make it make sense y'all been charging me one fee for the longest over 2 yrs how is this just coming up and he says to me I'm rude not allowed back and he cancelled my account because I'm trying to save my account and my money again I didn't cuss at him I didn't call him no names and he acted like he didn't want to really fix the account so I called the 603 and put in a complaint why I wasn't in the wrong to try to explain my account and protect my money and wanting them to fix my account so that I would not be charged 2xs. Lastly I was just in there on Saturday am spoke to 1st guy that I spoke to about my account we spoke it was pleasant I worked out and left. So what wrong with a woman wanting her account fix and being talked to and treated like a customer should be ? And as for the manager responding I did call what the problem is that at that location they can't take a customer wanting answer and take they answers that they give or explanation they rather you to see it's thier way or no way but when the customer ask make it make sense you can't get mad I did call and and tried to give an explanation and when I tried to explain they got rude hung up and more the manager and Mr ETHAN WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND DIDN'T LIKE IT WHEN A CUSTOMER ACTS LIKE THEM THEY HAD NO RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING AT ALL...

I will explain what happened so there is this girl a member at pf. That she been working aout for about 1 years same schedule as mine. Which is everyday same time and she was coming there at same time. And I've noticed that she was staring at me everyday for month and finally we talk litle bit and I never made a second move for many reason. But she didn't give up she try to talk to me everyday and I've been ignoring here in nice way but a year later she try to talk to me and I completely ignored here and she gat angry because she fealt being rejected and she went straight to stuff members and complained about me that she's not fealing comfortable working near me. And she ask stuff member who she is friend with here. For my personal information. And stuff members I guess they don't have access to my account for privacy reasons and than stuff members 2 hrs later when i was leaving the gym. Ask me for my phone number and immediately I know she is trying to give to that stupid girl name ina. And I told stuff members why u need my number and she lie and told me that because when I checked in 2 hrs earlier the scanner didn't scan my account which she lie because when I checked in the scanner beep t. And she told my thank you. And I told here that she's lying and here face gat red and. And I said I know why u want my information. For your friend and she said no. And than she said o hey also I want to let u know that a member complained about you that she's being harresment by you. And I told here it's not tru. And I ask them to watch footages from cameras because I never approach here or bother here. Ever never. But stuff members without any proof for evidence they took here word for and ban me and traspas me from the gym which mean u can just say anything about anyone in gym and they will ban u. Without any investigation. Whatsoever. And I did call pf. Hd. Any I've been told we will investigate this and gat back to you within 3 days and it's been 2 weeks I've haven't hear anything from anyone. And now I'm going to hire a lawyer. However, I am deeply disappointed with the management’s lack of commitment to providing members with the necessary upgrades and equipment. Despite being informed that we would receive an upgrade every four years, I was only given a limited number of new pieces of equipment, including only three treadmills and seven to ten treadmills that are not even new; they are hand-me-downs. This is highly disappointing, especially since we are being told that we are getting new equipment but are actually receiving run-down equipment. Where is my annual money going? It’s not going towards equipment, renovations, bathroom repairs, or any other necessary improvements. If I didn’t have my black card, I’d cancel my membership right away. I empathize with the white card members who are contractually bound for a year and have to endure these issues. Where is my refund for the annual dues since I won’t be using the gym at all? This gym could be like the rest of Planet Fitness and genuinely value member feedback. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. I’ve been informed that we have the largest membership, but they’re incapable of making any improvements.
I’ve invited friends and family to join this gym, but after all this, I won’t be bringing any more members. I shouldn’t have to drive to a different location for a better-equipped gym, especially when this one is just a five to ten-minute drive away. Centreville is a 15-20 minute drive, and Haymarket is the same distance. Planet Fitness should be comparable in terms of equipment and functionality.
