I am updating my review to 1 star because my boyfriend and I ordered a dining table set and a sectional by Ashley and we were originally told that it was going to be two weeks and it has been a little over a month. My boyfriend called earlier today and he asked what day do they plan on delivering the couch and he said a couple of days, but that’s what he said last week and it never came and it never was communicated that it may come later. My boyfriend asked for the specific day the couch is now supposed to come and he could not give him a direct answer and kept stuttering as if he was unsure that it was even supposed to come in a couple of days. My boyfriend then asked about the dining set and he said he could deliver, but all of this time he never thought to tell us that. We decided to wait for it to come with the couch as we already have been waiting long enough. This has been a horrible and inconvenient experience especially considering the fact that I am pregnant and have not had anywhere to sit other than our bed or beach chairs! I would definitely not...

Update-Delivery was pushed back one day but it’s ok. The delivery drivers were so nice and they even took an extra step to ensure I was pleased. The sectional was too big to go down my basement stairs and they were so kind to remove the door of the hinges so the furniture can fit. They assembled everything so fast and I am so satisfied. Our couch just arrived and only 2 days from purchasing. Delivery guys, Adam and Ben were very professional, efficient, and super friendly. Erica was so helpful, offering to take measurements for me, her knowledge of the couches, not pushy, and so patient no matter how many times I asked her and co-worker to physically rearrange layouts, mind you we visited 3 different times and requesting all the above with different models each time. The convenient purchasing process through texting and emails was so easy and efficient.
