My experience at this store was one of the most hurtful and unprofessional encounters I’ve ever had. I came in looking for spiritual help — calm, respectful, and genuinely seeking guidance. From the beginning, the woman there seemed dismissive and impatient, but I tried to stay positive and explain what I needed. She sold me a bag of herbs with handwriting I couldn’t read and told me it would help remove negative energy. I asked for nuumite, she read the Google description and said she didn't have it but black tourmaline would work.

When I called the next day for clarification, instead of helping, she was short cold and judgmental. She told me that I had “drained her energy” and that she had a headache after I left — as if I was the problem for simply asking questions. I was shocked, because I never raised my voice or disrespected her in any way.

When I tried again to ask for instructions or a refund, the number went straight to voicemail. It turned out she had blocked my number, bc I borrowed a friend's phone and she immediately picked up.

I asked for a refund since I didn't use any of the products and friends suggested not to use anything associated with her negativity. She told me no refunds, and the store was "filled with customers" them hung up without letting me explain anything. I knew she was lying because I passed the stor earlier and it was empty and she was in the car th first time I called her. That store is NEVER busy.

That level of cruelty and disregard for a customer’s humanity is unacceptable — especially from someone claiming to offer spiritual or healing services.

I also couldn’t help but notice how differently I was treated compared to other customers, like when I came with my friend a year ago. It felt like there was racial bias involved. The energy shifted the moment I walked in, and by the time I left, I felt humiliated and blamed for something I didn’t cause.

This entire experience felt malicious and emotionally damaging. I came in seeking healing and left feeling worse than before.

Please be cautious if you are vulnerable or seeking real guidance — this is not a safe or compassionate place. There are many other spiritual shops run by people with genuine integrity and kindness. Sadly, this was not...
