I cannot recommend Paul enough to anyone looking for extra special jewelry. About 5 years ago, my now husband approached Paul about custom making our wedding rings. We had a specific vision in mind, we brought him a drawing, and he made the rings EXACTLY as we had envisioned. They were just perfect.

I recently had to bring my wedding band back in to be resized, along with another ring that was missing a stone. The band on the wedding ring has a design going all the way around, which I was warned could be disrupted due to how it needed to be resized. I picked both rings up today and they are absolutely perfect. The ring missing a stone looks brand new and Paul completely blew away my expectations for my wedding ring. He managed to resize and keep the design intact; you can't even tell that anything was done to this ring. So I would like to start my review with a beautiful act of kindness. I took my bracelet in for a repair. As I waited YES HE DID THIS AT STORE! I spoke to some fellow customers. We spoke at best 5 mins maybe 3. As John was done repairing my bracelet. I asked how much I owed him. He told me, this is where kind act came in. I wore a different coat that day then previous. It was then I realized my debt card was in other coat. This nice customer offered to pay it now. As I promised to come back and make my payment. We are only talking $5. But after week I had was a very beautiful moment! Now onto review I use to previously live here. I had same bracelet issue as I did recently. This was in 2017 when I came to know John. Paul Martin Jewelers is my GO TO every time I need anything. He's helped with everything from watches, watch bands, battery replacements and Gold chain/necklaces. Then this past summer, my wife's wedding band got messed up so we wanted to upgrade and get a custom ring designed and built. He put together an absolutely phenomenal custom setting that was everything my wife wanted and dreamed of and it gets compliments everywhere we go. To add to the setting he built, he found us the exact diamonds (cut, clarity, color) we wanted for both the center stone and side stones!

He's now helping us turn her old wedding ing into a custom pendant!
