Let me tell you something these guys at o'reilly's off of Dysart road and Indian school know they're stuff. Went in there and was pleasantly greeted by the manager who Nick always has a smile on his face every time I come in there. Which makes me wanna come back to his store. HIs customer service etiquette is top tier. His coworker logan knows his stuff. I had a problem with my power steering hose from my jeep and logan went to work. I mean he went above and beyond and help me solve my issue. I left o'reilly's appreciated and satisfied. These guys are top notch point blank period. I'm letting you guys know this is the best o'reilly's in The Valley. You don't believe me , come Check these guys out you won't leave...

When all else fails call these guys. Great service, I couldn't fine an air-suspension part for a Nissan armada (air shock) anywhere in town that had it in stock. The dealer has to order it as well but, the guys (Brain or Brandon) at O'Reilly's found it in their warehouse in phx, ordered that afternoon and got it to their store by 730 AM the next morning. The great thing is that I didn't even have to prepay my order until I saw the part in person. It's not that I couldn't order it online, it's that it was just more convenient to have it sold to me by a reputable company and could return it if it didn't fit but, also that I had it the next day without having to pay for shipping. 0 stars if I could. Went to see if my car was done doing testing or how many modules where left to be tested so I can take my car to emissions. Brooke told me her scanner does not do that and that the emissions are for plates and registration only.......... she said she cannot reset check engine light. I told her I don’t have one. Then some other lady one the phone says her BOSCH scanner doesn’t do that. Fed up with trying to explain that the scanner is capable of telling me when testing is done. Lazy employees too lazy to help a customer. Autozone was more than happy to help and let me know, and there scan tool was a lower quality one. Now going to emissions thank autozone...
