Customer service here lacked today!! 1st time in this store and it was not what I expected from a place wanting repeat customers. I don’t know what type of day they were having but I had nothing to do with it. Guy with the braided bun needs some customer service and return policy training. I was left at the register as if the mic was dropped on me and was basically told my return could not be completed due to selecting UPS return vs store. (Just because I was emailed a return label they couldn’t take my in store return) I was then quickly left alone basically at the register as if our conversation was done. I went outside and contacted Customer service and she laughed and stated she would remain on the line until my return was completed in store. (She was great over the phone) During my 2nd attempt to return, a lady next to me also seemed to be having issues returning and before she left she stated “thanks for your help though you didn’t do anything” and his response was simply “yeah”. No apology no nothing. Once my return was completed I was curious to see if I would get one and never once did I get “my fault” “my apologies” for the inconvenience, nothing. “Have a good day”, nothing. I will continue to possibly spend my hard earned money online but I’ll say this with 100% confidence, I will not be buying, looking, trying on, nor returning here. Read moreWish I could give 0 stars for the treatment I am receiving. This was my first and probably last purchase from Hibbett. So ordered a product 7 days ago as of right now and my product still has not shipped. For three days I have attempted to contact customer service to get an update on when my product would ship. Each time I had to give up after being on hold for 2 hours as I need to work and could not stay on the phone all day. I was finally able to get a rep on the phone today after 2 hours and 45 minutes and after being placed on numerous holds while she checked other systems and called the warehouse where the product was picked a day after I placed the order but has been sitting there ever since. So when she came back on the line, the reason for the hold up was that the warehouse "ran out of shipping labels, and are waiting for corporate to send more"??? Are you kidding me, what kind of operation is this that they do not print shipping labels from the carriers website and then need to wait for corporate to give them shipping labels? Please do not do business with this company, seems like they may be gone tomorrow if they can not afford shipping labels to send out a 200.00+ product that was ordered and in stock. Horrible customer experience, hope they attempt to make it right for me and at least attempt to save me and others...

They will delay your order then someone will call you giving you the 3rd degree about your personal information as if they’re the FBI. Not once have I ever been through the unnecessary nonsense Wendy & Hibbetts put me through today just to get a $90 pair of shoes.
They did not have the shoes within a 50 mile radius of my own so I ordered them to be picked up by friend. Their website literally ask you if someone else will pick up your order but for some reason that became an issue. Not only did Wendy delay my order for HOURS she questioned me about things that are none of her business. Where I live, where I’ve lived in the past, my phone number & etc. is NOT THEIR BUSINESS! If i say I placed the order then I did don’t take it upon yourself to make name changes to my order because you got confused about details that are not your concern. Thanks but NO THANKS!
