Never have anything in stock. Employees are always overworked and running around like chickens with their heads cut off and under a lot of stress and never look happy. How can a coffee place be out of every cream and every milk? Like seriously? This can easily be fixed by hiring more staff to keep up with the workload, or by replacing the person in charge of ordering and managing things, because they are doing a bad job. The last two times I have ordered ahead with the app. Both times my orders were more than 15 minutes late. The baristas didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting. I had to wave my arms to get any attention. They were not busy, it was 4pm. Neither time was I apologized to, and it made me late having to wait for them to get my order a second time. Jamal is excellent. He is professional, compassionate, and understanding. The coffee machine broke down right after I ordered and he went through great lengths to get me my refund because it was just a few minutes from closing. He even stayed after his shift and waited in line to help me out. It's customer service like this that keeps us coming back! 5 stars!...
