Oh My Sushi — Restaurant in Little Falls

I found this spot through Doordash. I was pleasantly surprised. This place is amazing. The special rolls are fairly large size (for someone like me) The flavor profile is what drew me here as many places can be very eccentric or too small of rolls for too much $$$ This spot seemed like i would enjoy it. I don’t know if it was because I ordered at night and got the end of the stock? Or if it was delivery but I ordered at 6:30 pm and All the fish kinda smelled really fishy and had a different texture than I’ve had before The texture was tough for some reason which is honestly a first for me. This may be the best sushi I’ve ever had to be honest. If you eat it fresh right when it’s prepared, it’s so good it makes you doubt the quality & technique of other sushi chefs. This is what I imagine sushi to taste & feel like in Japan, sculpted like fine little pieces of art, a feast for all the senses!
