I have been a customer at Ethan in the Bean for many years and just recently I have been overcharged for my drinks and beverages and told that if I asked for prices or asked why things randomly cost more than that they told me I can go somewhere else for business. It was over 650 for a large iced coffee not even a latte with any espresso in it and all of a sudden the prices randomly went up. I asked why it cost so much and Mike disrespected me and made me feel embarrassed in front of other people in the store. Kind of like Maggie’s town Tavern when they closed out my tab for no reason while I was still working on my project while 11 people were still there. It seems like people are purposely trying to create situations to make me uncomfortable or triggered in my own town at places that I spend my own money at. The warm, cozy atmosphere, amazing staff, excellent food and coffee made our visit even better.
