Answerfone, Inc. — Local services in Little Rock

I'm not sure why anyone would ever deal with this company if they've dealt with their quality of service.

So far I've spent several minutes trying to get through to my cable company, or their tech support but the "operator" Debbie keeps hanging up, or transferring my call without speaking.

Even if your only job is to answer phones and forward the calls on it is expected that you will inform the customer if this, let them complete their sentence, and inform them that their call is being transferred.

Judging by the behaviour of the agent I spoke with the training at this company is sorely lacking, I've heard better phone etiquette from a 5 year old answering their parent's home phone.
