Revolution Music Room (The Rev Room) — Attraction in Little Rock

My 1st time to the Rev room. Went for a concert. Concert originally posted to start at 7 pm. Then a few days before show they made a new event and changed it to 8:30. Not cool. Then the opening act didn't go on until 9:15. Very uncool. We went early to eat which was a mistake. I ordered enchiladas and they were good but the beans and rice had NO flavor. I'm not a big salt eater but I had to salt both of them. our friend who was with us ordered tacos and he got the corn and it tasted like it had gone bad. The servers were great however. They did not let you go into the music room until 8:00 which is bullcrap. I have never been to a venue to force you to wait either in line or in the restaurant side for a show. The management seemed lacking and I was not impressed. I will not be back until they book a really cool band that I want to see and if so, I will make sure and eat at one of the other establishments down the street...

I would not recommend that anyone eat here. Everytime that I have eaten here, the food has been bad. The last time that I ate here was just horrific. There were four of us and ALL of our food was nasty. It literally tasted like the cooks took all of our food, threw it into a 5 lb bucket of salt, shook it up, dug out the food, then served it to us. Our food was inedible. The staff then looked at us like we were crazy when we told them that the food was so salty it was not consumable. They took 1 meal off of our ticket even though hardly any of us took more then 3 bites. The only thing that I like about the Rev room is that they occasionally have good bands playing. They also have A LOT of minors that drink in this place... A LOT. I am 26, but I have worked in the bar business and I know underage drinking...

I was the last in my party to receive my drink when ordering from their two-drink-long special menu, as well as the last in my party to receive my food, a burger, from a fairly conservative menu (meaning they didn't not down their chefs with too many exotic items and so they seemed well prepared and in good time). My burger was, however, very good as served from the kitchen. A curious note: two people in my party ordered chicken and waffles, and each received a different kind of waffle, so the kitchen has inconsistent irons. The bloody mary I ordered was delicious, but the service seemed disorganized for only three tables of people being there around lunch. Overall...
