I love this store. The selection is excellent and quality of the clothing is great! I will say the items are pricy—some of them too pricy for my taste, others are within reason. The clothing always seems to be trending! The store is always clean and well put together and items are always merchandised and look great visually!

My other favorite part of this store is the service! You are always greeted with a warm welcome and treated like a guest in their store. The associates are quick to start you a dressing room and will be sure to add to it so you are free to continue shopping. When you are in the dressing room they always check in to make sure you don’t need any extra sizes or to get anything out of your way. In some cases there have been associates who have given me advice on how to wear pieces or what to pair pieces with. I have a hard time finding clothes that fit well so I try on a lot of clothes—no one has ever given me a hard time about this—every one is so friendly. Even if it’s close to their closing they don’t rush you.

I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years (since way back when their storefront was inside Park Plaza) and now that I’ve moved out of state, I still come shop whenever I’m in town or on their online store. Why? Because they carry all my favorite brands, their denim selection is unmatched, and the ladies that work there are super kind and helpful.

When you walk into the shop you’re immediately greeted by several super stylish women and they ask how they can help or if you’re looking for something particular… pro tip: SAY YES! The clothes in this store are very cute & they have lots of denim to choose from, but the customer service was lacking to put it mildly. I went in looking for jeans. I found a couple that I wanted to try on and one of the sales associates did start a dressing room for me. I told her that i may need help to try and find sizing and length. She replied with an “ok”, but that was the end of it. There were shoppers that came in and were getting impeccable service, but it seemed as though nobody wanted to help me. I did find a top that I liked so I purchased it for an upcoming trip, but I will just order denim from Nordstrom from now on.
