Lulu is known for being pricy but worth it.. I go here when I wish to spoil myself. The attendants are not too helpful unless you appear to have money and I think they should share their true opinions on how the products wear rather than saying what they think would convince the customer to make a purchase. They are good about answering questions but don't offer much more beyond that. I understand it is retail but with the high dollar amount you spend on a single item, one expects better customer service. The second shift attendants seem to have better soft skills than the dayshift whom spends more time joking with each other instead of being attentive to consumers. In all fairness, I have gone in and received great customer service in the past.. I think they sometimes forget that every customer matters as building relationships are important in high dollar retail. I enjoy shopping here only because of the quality of clothing and clean store and they do free hemming. Right after..I hit up Big Orange burger or Local Lime across the way for some delicious fare.
Their regular shirts, though quite lovely, still come with a price tag a bit rich for a top but the pants will always be worth...

WTH?!?!?! so i picked up some other items that i was looking for to get for christmas...asked another employee and was rudely taken to a dressing room...they simply asked my name and walked away...normally they make small talk, ask how to spell your name, and are super friendly (except for the employees that hate everyone that’s not a size 0). nobody checked on me. when i went to the register the lady was HATEFUL when i said i don’t want to give my number since i unsubscribed from the mass amount of emails and texts i received from them and RANDOM PLACES BECAUSE LULULEMON SELLS YOUR INFO....she was the nastiest girl...she basically threw my bag at me. i am reporting this...
Read moreI bought a pair of leggings that I haven’t even had for a month and was told since I got them on sale at another store that for them to honor their “quality promise” I would have to pay the difference to exchange them for the EXACT SAME pair of leggings due to them not being on sale at this exact store. This was after I found them in store after being told by the store manager that “they were discontinued.” It show poor management how a store manager informed me that a product available online and in store was “discontinued” The store manager here would benefit from more training as she is uninformed of products available in her own store. I called the online support as I thought this was ridiculous as it was a quality issue with the pants and was told they could help me do an even exchange of the defective pair for a new pair without any issue. This will definitely deter me from ever going back to shop in store at...
