Ordered 3 A La Carte tacos with 2 being grilled chicken and 1 steak. The menu I was given had a price of $2.50 per steak or grilled chicken and I noticed that there was a $1 up charge per taco for flour soft shell. The waitress first brought 4 steak tacos even though she knew I had ordered chicken. The others in our group had already received their meals before the tacos were brought. I requested that she bring what I had ordered and she returned with 3 chicken tacos and 1 steak. I assumed the extra taco was gratuitous because of the restaurant's mistake. When the bill came, I noticed that I was charged $3 per taco for 4 tacos with a $1 up charge added for "flour soft shell" tacos. I informed her that I had not ordered 4 tacos, nor flour soft shell. She said 3 A La Carte tacos needed to be the same, which is why I was charged for the extra chicken taco and she thought I had requested flour soft shell even though I really just wanted the meat, cheese, and lettuce like I had requested. Furthermore, the menu made no mention of limiting the meat choice to 1 item and simply had $2.50 per grilled chicken or steak. I assumed the menu may have been outdated since I later saw an online menu with a price of $3 per taco but no mention of an up charge for flour soft shell. After complaining, the waitress returned with the same bill. A second complaint did result in the removal of 1 taco but nothing else. To say the least, I'll never return and I'm left wondering how many other customers have been defrauded by...
Read moreIt’s very rare for me to leave a review that doesn’t have some form of positivity to it, but this place was a swing & miss. We decided to give it a try finally today as it’s near home but was not impressed from the we walked in & were …. ignored? As the large group of people behind were as well; we watched 3 or 4 employees standing g at the counter (by the “we will seat you” sign) carrying on conversations. Ehhh, maybe they’re short staffed, we understand that. We asked to be seated out on the deck as the inside was SO LOUD & gave the waitress our drink orders: a DP for the hubs & water with lemon for me (cause I was fixin’ to visit their margarita offerings 😈). As we realize we’re sitting on sipping wet chairs from the earlier storm, our drinks are brought out - no lemon though. We ask for that & a menu please - the waitress didn’t seem to like that for some reason? Look, everyone has off days but this was just too many mental excuses for a place that, quite frankly, didn’t seem to warrant it. We wound up just leaving, as the waitress never came back - not just didn’t bring lemon or menus…. & seemed kind of mad to be working at all. She just never came back?! When we tried to flag down the other 3 waitstaff that were handling the other 3 occupied tables on the deck, they hurried off.
Soooo…. Yep. We took our sopping wet bottoms on to our regular fave Mexican place & have appropriately noted this one as a “No thanks - we’ll pass” for...
Read moreI gave this 2 stars because the Guac was good. I went here with my family on Saturday. I wanted the shredded quesadilla, until the server told me it had ground beef (??), so I ordered enchiladas. It looked great. It was a plate of 4 enchiladas, one was bean, the next was ground beef, followed by cheese and chicken. I’ve never had an all bean enchilada up to this point, so that was interesting. The cheese enchilada was just a tortilla with cold shredded cheese in it. It had never even melted. The beef was pretty standard ground beef and taco seasoning. Unfortunately I didn’t really get a good taste of the chicken, because by the time o got to it, I just felt ill I attribute this to the COLD enchilada sauce (?) that was on top of everything, or maybe its because it was sweet, idk. My Fiancé ordered taquitos, they were dripping grease as he ate them he said they tasted fine, but were a little soft, and seemed more like undercooked flautas. My youngest got chicken tenders which was frozen breaded breasts, that were chopped and then cooked, they looked quite dry, and she refused to eat. My older daughter got cantina fries, and they looked amazing, She seemed to enjoy them, until she too started feeling unwell, likely due to the grease again dripping off of the fries. It looks like our quest to find good Mexican food in Little...
