Decor was nice, plating was detailed and appealing... unfortunately all three items I tried lacked flavor. The Thai tea tasted like a powder mix. The fresh rolls with peanut sauce... peanut sauce was thin and had no flavor. The rolls themselves had hardly any veggies and way too many glass noodles. I also ordered the Tom Kha soup, my all-time favorite Thai dish. It was way too sweet and had no spice at all. The menu mentioned which dishes they considered spicy, but didn't say if you could choose a level or add spice if you wanted it. The waitress didn't ask me if I wanted spice, or mention if I had any options. The soup was too thick, the mushrooms were added after the fact and lacked flavor. The chicken was rubbery and had ZERO flavor. The cilantro was large stems which are tough and bitter. There were more onions than anything, oh, and some barely cooked tomato wedges and a bay leaf...which should've been removed. After reading all the great reviews I was excited but left with a half eaten lunch and major...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn our way home from a trip we had a sudden taste for Thai food. We were about 139 miles away from home.
We asked Google where the closest Thai restaurant was in our vicinity while driving through Little Rock, Arkansas.
We decided to play food roulette and...
The closest Thai restaurant was 8 mi away.
Zangna Thai Cuisine won!
As we pulled up, we could see the signage very well and off we were in.
We were initially greeted very quickly and offered a table with a very nice staff member.
I decided to get the panang curry level 5 spicy(Thai spicy) with pork and my wife got the Pad Eggplant eggplant level 1 spicy with chicken.
The food came out very quickly and very hot.
We were extremely pleased with the food quality and the atmosphere around us.
So glad we decided to play food roulette today.
If you're ever close to North Little Rock, Arkansas, you should definitely stop at...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreTwo stars because we've had better service here before. But tonight it was just bad. My plate was served long before my wife's. Our spring rolls were served after my plate but before my wife's and they were not spring rolls. They were filled with mushy molten sweet stuff that might've been apple or banana, but definitely not what we expected when we bit into them. That's like grabbing a can of beer in the dark, taking a sip and realizing it's a stale soda instead.
We noticed other tables were having the same problem, one person with a dish while the other was without. Only one couple seemed to get their food at the same time, they also came in after us and left way before we did too. Funny that.
It's never been this bad, except when it was at the old location. We probably won't be returning, which really is the worst part because they're one of the only Thai restaurants in Little Rock. Just...
